I played my local FM a block north of GD’s on Thursday afternoon, with good weather and some family fans in da house. It was a good set of music with kids banging on tamborines on the Motown stuff, nice acoustics, good vendors, and assorted LU people. The group from the middle school a block away came down and we had some very nice interactions with the kids and the teachers. Some stepping out on both parts… and the combination of this all made for a nice day in the sun, good for my soul, making music. Busy weekend.
