I got a surprise call for Farmers’ Market gig a block away at noon.  The booked performer hadn’t shown, so I jumped at the chance.  My equipment was already in the car, so I tossed my Martin and Gibson in the back and set up and started with no forethought.  Interesting way of playing.  Several moms and kids played along, some friendly Lehigh faces stopped by, and several vendors thanked me in various ways. It was a gorgeous day, and it was a good way to spend an otherwise empty afternoon.  Funny how things fall into place.

I mentioned in the second hour that having done two FM’s back to back, that I finally felt like I was warmed up and playing well.  No tips and the check is in the mail.  …..but that’s okay.
