We hiked about 2 hours from the LV to the upper reaches of New Jersey, quite near the border of NY, to a pleasant and small ES. It was an afternoon single show and we were tucked into a small stage in the all purpose room. The kids and teachers were wonderful, with the now normal room of dancing folks at the end. As usual, the lads played wonderfully, and I remembered what I’m supposed to.
It was another 2 hour drive back to town, so the fact that we actually played in between the drives was somewhat hazy. Good work, though.
