The kick-off for this little whirlwind tour was a RockRoots assembly in a small north Jersey town, Oakland. Dogwood Hills School. Great name, and wonderful group of kids and teachers. One show at 9:30 am for about 325 kids, K – 5.
It was once again a wonderful show, with kids up and dancing at the end. The lads playing loose and spot on (well, as good as you can be on a Friday morning).
Comments included “best assembly ever” from several teachers.
A good head start for my trip from here up to CT to see friends and my daughter Rosalie, as well.
