RockRoots hit the stage (well, gym floor) at 9 am for one show at an ES in Cedar Grove, NJ. Again, I am amazed that these lads are so professional that they make these gigs with time to spare.
Early in the set, we feature Irish tunes, and ask if there are any kids taking step dance lessons. We did and a small 2nd grade boy volunteered. Well, he came up and did some incredible steps, including some monster leg kicks. He brought the place down. Always surprises for us grizzled veterans.
As usual, a very good show for the kids and teachers, and worth the early travel to NJ.
