We hit out crack ‘o dawn for a town just north of Trenton, and a relatively easy drive. Some mighty big trees were down…. We played two shows for about 550 kids, K – 5. Still had some problems with the PA just before showtime, with my brand new PA. I think we found the problem, but no way to start the first show.
Kids danced, teachers laughed (and danced) and the principal shook that thang. Good show and new ideas for Mojo from Donnie. I sure wish we had more gigs in the fall.
We loaded up in a light snow, thinking that this was the beginning of a snow event. Not to be. I’m glad we played.
