The nice thing about living above Godfrey’s is I get to play downstairs every once in a while.  .. and to open for Seamus Kennedy (and his ready to play) audience is a no-brainer.

Seamus is a consummate performer in myriad ways, styles and skills.  And he engages, challenges, and flat out entertains folk.  Tonight featured bluegrass, cowboy, children’s songs, Celtic classics, and some damn rude and funny songs.

I played Don’t Call Me Early, Giants, zither tune, Bo Diddley and finished with Santa Assassin.  Seamus’s audience jumps on board right away.
