I left PA after a Dawgs practice after noon and headed up to CT for a family night at Hopmeadow Pre-K center in Simsbury, CT.  Four hours there and four hours back.  But the time in between was well spent.  It was a family night with the kids in their jammies, blankets on the floor – around a hundred folks.  It was the upper limit for me without a sound system, but I got through it.  The kids danced and sang, the parents had a good time.  It was a lot of work, but worth the sweat.  465 miles, with a RockRoots in NJ in the morning.  Who books these gigs?  Me.
