We had another afternoon show, back to back, in South Hackensack, NJ on Friday. This was another pre-K through 8th grade show for about 250 kids, though in a much bigger gym, and less-friendly acoustics. We were pretty much in the shadow of NYC, so the traffic was more intense.
Nice to be back to the original foursome, and it reminds me of how lucky I am to play with true professional. We did a fine show, and the reception was great, as always. (I’m not crowing….)
I really like the morning gigs, though.
