The afternoon session was Building Your Brand Online. I looked forward to working on my tools, especially on how to extend this journal into a blog, where folks can interact and respond to these thoughts. It turned out this was the first presentation for this woman, and she could have led the session more assertively. I took in lots of information on FB, Pinterest, Instagram, Workpress and more, but things got bogged down with individual questions. I was worried she wouldn’t get to finish the presentation, so I spoke up and asked that we let her roll. It was good that she had a handout that I will get a chance to attack over the next week. This will be my homework.
I punted for the rest of conference and toured the Grounds, took pictures and enjoyed the incredible art, the great gardens and a beautiful afternoon weather. I am a lucky man to have these unique and intoxicating opportunities to bathe in the Arts.
