I was the final part of a day on the farm – one I’ve done annually at this educational working farm. I usually set up amongst some hay bales and play for the families. It was getting chilly around 3 pm, but there were still some families around and we went to work. It was a good session next to the cows and folks stopped by and joined in. Some new faces and lots of interaction. Some sprinkles dispersed the crowd and I followed suit and packed up and left as well.

It’s a freebee, and I didn’t sell any CD’s though that’s not the point. I am always energized by the interpersonal relations explored through the music, the instruments, the songs and the circumstances. I’ve spent too much time recently tucked away in my apartment, so this was a healthy thing to do.

A busy day and somewhat profitable, too.
