First Friday on the SouthSide. Rainy. Storm coming tomorrow.

It was a light night at the Chocolate Factory, but Brian T. and the folks that stop in are friendly. I like it cause I get to play for two hours with few limits. I get to stretch my instrumentals, work on song lyrics that haven’t gelled yet, get out old blues and simply play.

I asked for $20 and a box of chocolates, put Brian pays me more. I did give him a good glare, though. I simply see Brian as a fellow tradesman; his art is chocolates and mine is music. Fair trade agreements.

First day of sales for Playground. Sold one, gave one away to Brian.
